Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • United States: Free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

    • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

    • Expedited options available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

We can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times may vary.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs office.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We’re not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier errors, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout — but we’ll always do our best to help track them down.
