Free 30-Day Returns & Exchanges

Try it at home, risk-free.
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. Items must be unworn and unused, and returned in their original packaging.

Returns

Returns are quick and fully self-service. Simply submit your return through our account portal. Once submitted, you’ll receive a prepaid return label, and we’ll take it from there.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? We’re happy to help.

For exchanges, just email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll personally take care of it. We’ll ship your replacement at no additional cost once your original piece is on its way back.

Once your return arrives back to us, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Warranty

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every Claspe piece.

Each item is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects under normal use.

What’s Covered

Manufacturing defects related to materials or workmanship.

What’s Not Covered

Normal wear and tear
Scratches, dents, or stretching
Tarnishing caused by chemicals or improper care
Damage caused by third-party repairs or modifications
Lost items

How Warranty Claims Work

To start a warranty claim, email us at hello@claspe.co and include your order number along with a photo of the issue so we can properly diagnose it.

If approved, we will offer a replacement of the same item. If the item is no longer available, store credit will be issued for the original purchase value.

For approved warranty claims, we cover shipping both ways.

If your order arrives incorrect or with an issue unrelated to wear, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll take care of it.

 



EU Customers

If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must meet the same condition requirements listed above.
